Replacing Water Infrastructure including ACM removal at Morrell Park

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (the Department) has statewide responsibility for the planning for future communities and management of Crown Land. The Department plays a vital role in improving the quality of life of all Western Australians. The Department undertakes key activities relating to land use planning, the land supply chain, land administration and asset management, all aspects of heritage, and Aboriginal lands and heritage. Morrell Park is contained within the Settlement Zone and a Community Layout Plan has been endorsed over the site. The water supply to the residential blocks is aged, deteriorating and requires replacement.
