Multiple Escalator Waterproofing Works - Elizabeth Quay Bus Station

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake complete waterproofing upgrades to 8x escalator domed roof systems at Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of temporary fencing and signage around eight (8) designated work zones for escalator upgrade works. This includes the removal of cover gaskets, replacement of rusted components such as flashing, rain heads, and gutters, and the installation of a fibreglass flexible acrylic liner to create a fully sealed unit at the lower sections of walls and windows. All window joints shall be sealed, and a water test shall be conducted to confirm integrity.
