A project to be undertaken

The acoustic consultant will be responsible for analysing current and projected site acoustic and vibration demand requirements and providing recommendations on cost effective management strategies. This scope includes planning for Acoustic needs for both construction and operational phases of the Project. Preparation of Acoustic and Vibration Impact Assessment reports (including Preliminary Construction Noise and Vibration Management Plan) will be required to support the State Significant Development Application for the Main Works on the new hospital site and for one REF/CDC for the proposed works at the existing hospital site. Note that mechanical plant-related acoustic and vibration design services are provided by the Mechanical Engineer and are excluded from this scope.
