Description of the goods and services to be provided
Feasibility advisory works are required for financial assessment and funding support within State Government. This will be part of a comprehensive submission package, including other analyses of the wider projects economic benefits, done by others. Currently, two precincts need assistance with feasibility: Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore and Parramatta North which require LandIT to review and assemble the site information for a financial assessment. The services provided will adhere to the deadline in March which will require a tight program of joint weekly MS Teams meetings to achieve timely completion. LandIT has done several other works that are similar to our requirements for other State Governments.
