The Authority seeks the services of a Construction Programmer. These services will bring invaluable expertise, meticulous planning, and efficient management, ensuring that the Second Building AMRF is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Programmer services will include: - Review of any relevant existing project documentation - Input into any required modifications to the construction program clause(s) and content in the draft GC21 contract and related contract documents - Review and analysis of Head Contractor tender programs and, in due course, the contract program - Review of the contractors program assuming monthly update and statusing against progress of works on site and, where appropriate, off site - Review of the contractors program logic and sequencing - Forensic review of EOT/NOD claims providing recommendation to the Principal
