Description
The suppliers engaged under this standing offer agreement shall provide routine inspection, testing and maintenance of all essential Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning services. The whole of the work covered by the scope of requirements shall be carried out by recognised maintenance contractors, in accordance with modern practice, employing fully trained and competent tradespersons, using appropriate work methods, tools, equipment and materials.
