Particulars
DCS Customer Marketing use Marketing Cloud platform to execute email campaigns to the 5 million Salesforce Service NSW account holders who've opted in to receive notifications. In FY2023-24 additional services will be added to the licence to enable delivery of monthly e-newsletters to 1.3 million NSW small businesses. Procurement is aligned to Whole of Government (WOGA) agreement C662.
