Red Hill Special School Fulcher Road Refurbishment of GLA Spaces

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of GLA spaces and PWD to level 1 at Red Hill Special School Fulcher Road Campus, located at Fulcher Road, Red Hill QLD 4059.

The works consists of Refurbishment of exsitng spaces to create GLA Spaces and a PWD on level 1 of the Fulcher Road Campus. Works include creating minor repurposing to create GLA and withdrawal spaces includng joinery, hydraulics electrical and basic finishes upgrades. Works also include creating a PWD on level 1 to serve the new GLA Spaces. All works are to be completed by 16th November 2018.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
