For the purchase of Maiala Timber Structures Rectification Works

Maiala walking tracks include five (5) elevated timber structures. These structures include boardwalks, staircases, bridges and lookouts. The structures are over 30 years old, with some elements requiring immediate rectification. The Principal intends to complete works by 30 June 2020.

The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably experienced supplier (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to provide rectification works to the five (5) timber walking track structures as per the scope of works attached.

Documentation to date includes a detailed engineers condition report outlining the identified defects of the structures and the recommended rectification works.
