The Public Transport Authority (PTA) requires the services of a suitably qualified company for the provision of drug and alcohol testing of PTA employees and contractors on PTA property or on PTA business. Testing shall be conducted on a random basis and may be conducted where drug or alcohol use is suspected or following a serious accident of incident.
