Human Resources Onboarding Software

HROnboard is an employee onboarding software tool which helps to create employee journeys for new starters, transitioning employees and leavers. The software enables the automation of manual creation of job offers and tasks to onboard new employees or employees being offered subsequent contracts. The workflow includes employment offer documents, internal approvals, digital offer and acceptance sent to candidates, a method for providing induction and policy information to candidates before and after acceptance. Once an offer has been accepted, all commencement documentation is sent to service areas for processing. The software can be configured to include offboarding information and create surveys and can be integrated with recruitment and HRIS.
