23C017 Construction of the Accommodation works for the Urrbrae Agricultural High School

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites companies to submit a tender for Contract No. 23C017, Construction of the Accommodation works for Urrbrae Agricultural High School. This project site is located within Urrbrae Agricultural High School, in-particular on the South-Western corner of Cross Road and Fullarton Road which has been directly impacted by the required property acquisitions for the intersection upgrade. The focus of the project is to reinstate infrastructure assets within the Urrbrae Agricultural High School impacted by these property acquisitions and roadwork widening. The Department seeks to engage a suitably experienced Contractor, with the appropriate capability and capacity to construct new tennis courts and a new pathway from the new tennis courts to the centre buildings for the Urrbrae Agricultural High School.
