Description
Upgrade of existing trade waste system at vehicle wash down facility to comply with the current Local Council, Water Authority and Defence regulations.
The vehicle wash facility at both Paterson Barracks and Youngtown Depot drains to a Triple Interceptor (TI) system; i.e. multi-baffled in-ground treatment tanks. Trade waste policies administered by TasWater require the wash down bay to be roofed and all TI units be replaced with an appropriate Oil Water Separator (OWS) device.
