Description
The scope of works of this project involves; investigation, design and facilitation of necessary maintenance to the facades and externals of the Wollongong Multi User Depot.
External upgrade works including pavement and in-ground drainage and other civil works; façade and awning works and electrical upgrade works. Improvements are to be made to the building, rainwater re-use and associated civil works, external pavement reconstruction works, lighting along with asbestos remediation.
