Description
The City of Onkaparinga is inviting tenderers to tender for the construction of two public toilet facilities. The locations are known as Snapper Point Aldinga Beach Esplanade and The Aldinga Beach Boat Ramp Carpark Esplanade Aldinga Beach.
The City of Onkaparinga invites tenderers to submit a tender(s) based on the design and construction details and designs provided and/or submit an alternative design and construct proposal that provides an alternative and equally robust solution that achieves the provided design standards, as a minimum.
Separate to this tender, an artist/s will be engaged to develop metal façade treatments to the two toilet block exterior walls, liaison with the artist will be required to ensure the two projects work in harmony.
The construction of these facilities may be in conjunction with the Snapper segment of the Foreshore Access Plan.
