The work consists of 210m2 alterations and 350m2 new single storey building of lightweight steel structure and concrete block veneered steel stud walls including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services with minimal site works located at Coober Pedy Hospital. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
