AUSTRALIAN RED CROSS BLOOD SERVICE – UPGRADE STAGE 2

Registrations of interest are invited from trade contractors that will not require DAIS pre-qualification for work associated with the Stage 2 Upgrade at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, 301 Pirie Street Adelaide. The work generally incorporates some demolition work, excavation and concreting, lift shaft and external walling, joinery, carpentry, ceilings, painting and fitout work on Level 2 East, work to A/C plantroom, mechanical services and modification to hydraulic, fire and electrical services. Registration of interest is sought for those trades that do not require pre-qualification for DAIS as follows: - Joinery - Concrete Construction (including - excavation, Formwork Erection and Reinforcing) - Demolition (including Asbestos Removal) - Electrical – general (including Access Control and Data/ Telecommunications) - Fire Protection - Painting - Lightweight External/Internal Walling & Plastering - Hydraulics - Roofing and Wall Cladding - Structural Steel Erection (including fabrication) & Metalwork Download details from www.tenders.sa.gov.
