Description
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) is seeking submissions from Tenderers to provide telephone monitoring and maintenance services for 546 existing community telephones in remote Indigenous communities. The telephones are located in remote Australian Indigenous communities in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland and South Australia.
The successful tenderer will be required to maintain two types of telephones:
a. 301 free standing and wall mounted satellite community WiFi enabled telephones (WiFi Telephones); and
b. an additional 245 freestanding and wall mounted ordinary telephones (Community Payphones).
