Project Management services for the Extension to Administration Wing of the National Museum of Australia

The National Museum of Australia seeks the provision of Project Management/Superintendent Services for the construction of the Administration Extension wing.The services include but are not limited to

• Development of tender documentation for the construction works in conjunction with the Museum Project Manager
• Managing design team, construction contractors and all other relevant consultants and contractors
• Assessing and certifying progress payments
• Authorising contract variations
• Managing project meetings, project program
• Developing and managing risk management plans
• Cost planning and management
• Relocation management
• Post occupancy evaluation services
