Supply of Sterilisation Consumables to Western Australian Health Service Providers

This Request is for the supply and delivery of Sterilisation Consumables to Western Australian Health Service Providers (HSP).
The categories of products required are as follows:
1. Sterilisation Wraps and Tapes;
2. Sterilisation Pouches and Visual Paper Laminates;
3. Cleaning Agents;
4. Instrument Cleaning Brushes;
5. Low Temperature Plasma and Steam Sterilisable Instrument Tray Liners;
6. Rigid Container Consumables;
7. Chemical Process Indicators;
8. Testing Kits;
9. Process Tracking Systems;
10. Chemical Gas Sterilants, High Level Disinfectants; and
11. Printing Consumables/Ancillary Items.
The Respondent may offer to supply some or all of the categories specified above.
The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request may be awarded in any of the following ways:
• a single supplier for all items in a range;
• a single supplier for individual items; or
• a panel of suppliers.
The resultant contract will be mandatory for all metropolitan and regional WA HSP.
The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby Customers can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
