This Request is released by VenuesWest in order to engage a qualified and experienced Builder to deliver the amenities refurbishment works at HBF Park (formerly known as NIB Stadium).
The Request calls for each separable portions to be broken down into separable work categories and maybe awarded together or separately at VenuesWest sole discretion:
- Separable Portion 1: G-10 Change Room 4
- Separable Portion 2: F-11 Male and F-12 Female WC
- Separable Portion 3: F-21 Female WC
- Separable Portion 4: F-23 Existing Accessible WC
