Description
The Department of Fisheries (the Customer) has 19 ESRI software licences for which it requires software maintenance and support services.
Please note:
• the Customer may purchase additional and/or different ESRI licences throughout the Term of the Contract; and
• the Customer may discontinue some of the ESRI licences it currently holds over the Term of the Contract.
The Customer requires software maintenance and support services for its ESRI licences and any new ESRI licences it purchases over the Term of the Contract.
