Description
The Zoological Parks Authority (Perth Zoo) is seeking the services of a suitably skilled and qualified organisation to provide employee assistance program (EAP) services including but not limited to:
Counselling - The Perth Zoo provides a free-of-charge confidential professional counselling service all employees and their immediate families. A critical incident response service is available to employees in the event of a workplace crisis. Staff and Management will require immediate onsite assistance from a qualified psychologist to minimise trauma – approximately 50 sessions per annum
Work Support Services – approximately 6 per annum
Mediation – approximately 2 per annum
Management Support Services – approximately 5 per annum
Training Services – approximately 8 per annum
