Currently removalist services are provided to WA Public Authorities and other approved users through a Common Use Arrangement (CUA) which expires on 28 February 2013. This Request outlines the requirements for a replacement CUA (CUA REM2013).

The new CUA will be a panel arrangement and will operate for an initial period of three years with two extension options of one year, exercisable at the discretion of the Contract Authority. The turnover for this new CUA REM2013 is estimated at $12.4 million (inc. GST) per annum. The division of turnover is estimated at approximately 73% for Staff Relocations, 23% for Office Relocations and 4% for Vehicle Transportation.

The Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking interested parties to submit an offer for the provision of a range of removalist services under the new CUA. Respondents may tender for one or multiple categories of removalist services invluding both office and staff relocations.
