Description
South-West TAFE is undertaking a tender process for the Supply and Installation of Classroom and Amenity portables at it's Sherwood Park Campus (Warrnambool).
South West TAFE's Sherwood Park Campus is located just six kilometres east of Warrnambool, adjoining Deakin University, and specialises in training programs for land-based courses, building, cabinet making trades, specialist industry training including high risk work and motorcycle licence testing.
The project requires the supply of a two-classroom portable, including office space and amenities by the 30 June 2023 to ensure we can meet the current growth in the areas of Building and Construction, Cabinet Making, Agriculture and Horticulture.
The firm must be prequalified in New Commercial Construction on the Construction Supplier Register. The contract will be a Victorian Public Construction Contract.
Other considerations will be the firm’s capacity, capability and experience on education, civic, and live environment projects.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held on the 17 February 2023, 10:00am at the Sherwood Park Campus, 10635 Princes Highway Warrnambool East 3280.
