Department of Housing - Head Maintenance Contracts.

To procure Head Contractor services to manage a range of maintenance catergories including reactive, vacated, cyclical and optional quoted works for the Department's housing portfolio.

Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing Sessions:

Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing Sessions in respect of the RFT will be held on 21 January 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Perth, 99 Adelaide Terrace

Two (2) Tender Briefing Sessions will be conducted on each date noted above. The morning Tender Briefing Session will be conducted between 9.00am to 11.00am and the repeat afternoon session will be conducted between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.

Prospective Tenderers must contact the Contact Officer at [email hidden] no later than two (2) days before the date of the relevant Tender Briefing Session and register for that Tender Briefing Session and nominate three (3) persons (only) to attend the Tender Briefing Session on their behalf.

Non-Mandatory Site Visits

The Principal will conduct non-mandatory Site visits on 22 and 23 January in metropolitan Perth. Tenderers who wish to attend a Site visit are to contact the Contact Officer via [email hidden] no later than two (2) days before the date of the relevant site inspection to:

(a) Register to attend a site visit;

(b) Receive information as to the location of the site visit; and

(c) Nominate a maximum of two (2) persons (only) to attend the site visit on their behalf.
