Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of the Art Gallery of WA is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Mechanical Services Companies to undertake the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services at the Art Gallery of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Steve Fairfield via email [email hidden] or [phone hidden] no later than 4.00pm Tuesday 7 September 2010
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday 14 September 2010 at the Service Entry of the Art Gallery of WA
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
