Description

The Department of Water (DOW) requires a service provider to oversee the drilling and construction of groundwater monitoring bores under the Bore Replacement Program - Deep Bore Drilling. The services are required on a “as needed” basis and therefore the Department does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work/hours or any minimum quantity of expenditure/income under the resulting contract.

The construction of the replacement groundwater monitoring bores is mainly in the Perth metropolitan area. Bores may also be constructed in the South-West and Mid-West regions. The bores that may be constructed in the South-West region will be located in the areas as far south as Karridale and as far east as Nannup. The bores that may be constructed in the Mid-West region will be located in the areas as far north as Eneabba and as far east as Moora.
It is a prerequisite that the successful Respondent (or its nominated personnel) hold a current Class 3 water well drillers certificate issued by the Western Australia Branch of the Australian drilling Association (ADIA) or other certification approved by the Department of Water.

Only Respondents that meet the Prequalification Requirements (Part B, Section 3(a) will be considered.
