Request for Tender in relation to a Treasury Online Recruitment System

The successful tenderer should be able to provide the Treasury with an effective and efficient ORS that includes but is not limited to:

• Vacancy and advertising management;
• Candidate and applicant administration;
• Application management, including multi-source shortlisting, interview scheduling and process tracking;
• Multi-site short-listing, report writing and development;
• Job offer and on-boarding capability;
• Interface with existing systems such as Aurion HR. SAP Financials, APSJobs; and
• Recruitment business reporting.

The Treasury is interested in an externally hosted model.
