Description
FWC is seeking options for the delivery of monitoring and transcription services. FWC seeks a services contract with a provider that will:
- allow FWC to request monitoring within a hearing room from a centralised location on site or from a remote location;
- ensure FWC Members and their staff have direct control of which elements of a proceeding are recorded; and
- provide seamless transfer of recordings and transcript to the public and FWC Members and staff.
