The Division of Children and Families is seeking proposals from individuals and organisations well qualified and experienced to research and make recommendations about best practice models of therapeutic services appropriate for children who have witnessed domestic violence or experienced abuse. The research and recommendations will need to identify a range of service options that recognise the varying needs of children and address gaps in the service delivery system.
