The Office of Post-Compulsory Education and Training (OPCET) supports the maintenance of a diverse and open market for the provision of vocational education and training. The Competitive Bids program enables training organisations to submit bids to deliver a range of specified vocational education and training programs. Bids are invited from both private and public training organisations for the delivery of nationally recognised training in 2004.
