Description
This project involves the replacement of damaged timber work, re-point bricks and repair mortar joints, replace corroded window frames and broken glass panels, patching and repaint previously painted areas.
Anti-slip treatment to floor tiles, refurbish rainwater heads, soft wash all areas and fixed vertical blades, replace motorised horizontal louvers and frames to match, refurbish ablutions, replace damaged light fittings, fire detectors, grills roof sheeting, gutters and downpipes.
