Design and Construct Transportable Office Building Pearsall PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and
Department of Education (DOE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced
contractors to undertake the design and construction of a transportable office building at Pearsall PS.

The Work includes but is not limited to the Installation of a transportable office on the vacant block
outside Pearsall Primary School perimeter fencing. The current perimeter fencing will be removed and
reused where possible which adjoining limestone retaining wall disposed of. The existing footpath is
to be extended in line with existing curb structure with a footpath then created to extend from the office
ramp joining this path. Playground mulch to be installed and supplied to desired areas
