Customer Services for Venues Canberra

The Territory seeks to engage a suitability experienced Contractor to provide Customer Services (the Services) at Venues Canberra sites, including GIO Stadium, Manuka Oval, and EPIC (the Sites).
The Contractor and their appointed Personnel (Event Supervisors and Customer Service Officers} will be responsible for:

(a) providing a high profile, friendly and visible customer service functions that foster a safe and secure environment for all Stakeholders and which are appropriate for different types of Events held at Territory Sites including international Events;

(b) enhancing customer experiences by providing Event related information and responding to customer questions and requests at the Sites;

(c) working with the Territory to assist in the safety and security of all Stakehold.ers during Events;
(d) proactively identifying and managing predictable risks associated with Events;
(e) providing Service which interface seamlessly with other Site functions; and

(f) complying with Australia's Strategy for Protecting Crowded Places from Terrorism and all Territory policies as appropriate.
