Description
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking suitably experienced organisations for the provision of Agency Telecommunications Services (Services).
The AEC is seeking to establish arrangements with one or more Service Providers for the provision of telephony services set out in the following Bundles:
- Bundle A: Managed Telephony Solution;
- Bundle B: Carriage and Inbound Numbers;
- Bundle C: Inbound Contact Centre Solution;
- Bundle D: Audio Teleconferencing Solution; and
- Bundle E: SMS Gateway Solution.
The AEC requires a cost efficient, secure, resilient, and flexible suite of telephony services to support the AEC in delivering its services to the Australian public.
