Procurement of multiple battery cell charge/discharge test units for delivery, installation and commissioning at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation's (DSTO) site in Melbourne, Australia.
The Power and Energy group at DSTO is looking to procure a number of battery cell charge/discharge test units to enable automated cycling of several hundred lithium-ion cells (device under test) on individual channels in a workshop environment. Cycling profiles will be within cell manufacturer recommended limits and are not expected to be abusive.
