The ICT Professional Services relate to the use of Envizi’s whole-of-government energy use and emissions monitoring and reporting software, which uploads energy use data from the operation of government agencies and calculates the associated greenhouse gas emissions.

The ICT Professional Services include data and system maintenance tasks related to new or deleted energy accounts, unexpected billing transactions, organisational structures and machinery of government changes and assist government agencies with ongoing client support in the use of Envizi’s energy monitoring software.
