Description

The Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) is looking to commence a proof of concept pilot for Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) within Consumer and Business Services (CBS) for two processes. CBS is a business unit within the AGD that provides a range of services to:

• protect consumers

• support and regulate business

• record significant life events for South Australians.

The successful supplier will be required to:

• investigate the ‘as is’ processes proposed by CBS and determine what efficiencies can be created through RPA and provide documentation on the proposed outcomes

• Implement RPA into the processes proposed within a development environment

• test that the processes would provide benefits to CBS, including comparing the process ‘as is’ against the process with RPA incorporated.

• Provide a presentation package which would allow CBS to demonstrate the tangible benefits of the processes developed through RPA

• Ensure that the Proof of Concept developed can be deployed into a live production environment if required.
