Lead consultant and consultancy team – Planning, Design, Costing & Staging Strategy – Garema Place and City Walk Revitalisation

The lead consultant and consultancy team will work closely with the
Major Projects Canberra and City Renewal Authority to develop a
design outcome for Garema Place and City Walk. The purpose of this
procurement is to provide the below:

1.Package A - City Walk Stage 2. The scope includes:
• progression of the existing Garema Place Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP),
• Design Report
• Final Sketch Plan (FSP)
• Documentation Readiness (DR)

2. Package B - City Walk Stages 3a and 3b. The scope includes:
• Site Investigation
• Concept
• Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP),
• Design Report
• Final Sketch Plan (FSP)
• Documentation Readiness (DR)

3. City Walk Stages 2, 3a and 3b.

• Provide Construction Phase Services to ensure quality of design outcomes, address RFI’s and design certification in accordance with Territory requirements.
