Accordingly, it is essential that the proposed products are widely recognised as being midrange and have a Recommended Retail Price that is higher than that of a basic skin care range. It is expected that Respondents are familiar with basic skin care and luxury skin care prices prior to submission of their Offer. The proposed products should have a strong market presence in the West Australian beauty salon industry and must be widely marketed and easily recognisable locally and nationally, ensuring students become qualified in an industry standard and are job ready.
