The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the planned preventative and reactive mechanical services for the Queensland Parliament House and Annexe Building.
Depending on requirements these services specifically include (but not limited to):
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Chillers
- Water Treatment
- Microbial Control
- Fire Mode testing
- Additional or ad-hoc services
