WA Country Health Service Kimberley (WACHS Kimberley)is seeking offers for the provision of road-based patient transport services within the Fitzroy Valley region as described in this Request.
The patient transport services are to cover the routes specified below:

The Customer is seeking a panel of service providers but reserves the right to award the Contract to any number of Respondents as deemed appropriate based on the service requirements.
Respondents are advised that services will be required on an ad hoc basis and there is no guarantee of any work during the term of the Contract.
