Provision of Coordinating Project Engineering Services for Morley-Ellenbrook Line Project

The Morley-Ellenbrook Line (MEL) Project requires the services of two (2) suitably experienced and appropriately qualified Coordinating Project Engineers (CPE).

The Successful Tenderer/s will be responsible for the provision of suitable Personnel for the supply of CPE services on Category 3 projects for the duration of the Contract, including any options to extend. The Personnel will fulfill the CPE function on the MEL as well as provide support for the Bayswater Station and Turnback and Tonkin Gap Alliance projects.

The two (2) roles required are:

1. Rail Systems CPE - Oversight of the Rail Systems disciplines. The CPE will be responsible for the coordination and management of the multi-disciplinary engineering team consisting of discipline Project Engineers to ensure project deliverables are met.
2. Engineering Assurance CPE - Team lead for the coordination of significant construction, testing, commissioning, entry into service and acceptance assurance activities prior to the successful delivery and entry into service for the MEL project.
