CLARE DISTRICT HOSPITAL - REDEVELOPMENT OF ACUTE SERVICES

The works consist of a new single storey ward extension and partial refurbishment of the existing building. The new extension is steel framed with suspended concrete slab, enclosed undercroft, concrete rendered external walls to upper level and steel roof decking. The Works to the existing building consists of mainly internal refurbishment with some external works associated with the new services plant. The Building is highly serviced and includes new mechanical plant, new fire main and sprinklers to the extension and associated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
