This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of maintenance and support of Content Manager (CM9) for the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management (DPFEM).
CM9 is the endorsed Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) for DPFEM and is widely used across all business units. DPFEM currently hold 2090 licences for CM9. The successful tenderer will contract to deliver the service directly to the department.
