Roster, Time and Attendance Software

ACM is looking to procure a Roster, Time and Attendance software solution that provides for:

• Capturing employee availability to work
• The ability to roster employees supported by a system configured with rules and alerts as per ACM’s Enterprise Agreement
• A software solution that can integrate with existing clocking devices to capture time worked
• The ability for supervisors to approve timesheets
• Sending award interpreted timesheet data to our existing payroll software to pay employees
• An employee portal where rosters and timesheets can be viewed and leave can be applied for
• Reporting suite
• Integrations with Chris21 (payroll software), USI (Finance and Evant management Software, Active Directory, Calumo, FaceStation2
• Integrations with existing business insights software Calumo
• The ability to on charge labour and export information to our financial management software Ungerboek
• And to meet requirements as outlined within the specifications and requirements document

ACM is also open to receive tender responses that propose a wholistic HRIS/People System ecosystem of software solutions for consideration. Whilst other system requirements are not scoped in detail ACM is open to vendors proposing these solutions and outlining costs, scope and functionality of the solutions suggested. Please note: Additional HRIS functionality will not be scored as part of the tender evaluation process.
