Description
Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of the State Library of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified, Lift Companies to undertake the upgrade of Public Lifts numbers One (1) and Two (2) at the State Library of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Steve Fairfield via email [email hidden] or [phone hidden] no later than 4.00pm Monday 10 May 2010
Documents will available for pickup from 10.00am Wednesday 12 May 2010 from the Art Gallery of WA, 47 James Street, Perth WA 6000 (enter via Roe Street Security)
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Monday 14 May 2010 in the Foyer of the State Library of WA
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
