Description of the goods and services to be provided
This contract engages a service provider to deliver land valuation services for the North West & Northern Tablelands Contract Areas under the NSW Rating and Taxing Program. Services include annual & supplementary valuation recommendations, market analysis, land value verification, sales coding, & support for valuation enquiries and appeals. These services ensure accurate, consistent land values for council rates & state land tax. The Contractor must meet defined performance, reporting & quality assurance requirements throughout the term, in line with legislation & Valuer General standards.
