Burleigh Heads State School Landscape Refurbishment Project (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education via the South East Region is inviting tenders for Refurbishment works to existing buildings and school grounds located at Burleigh Heads State School. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

• Replacement of existing seating;
• Construction of a new ampitheter area;
• Construction of new covered walkways;
• Replacement of drinking bubblers;
• Replacement of building stumps;
• Painting;
• Gutter replacement

Work to be carried out in October 2021.

Site Visit Details: A Mandatory Site Visit on Wednesday 25th August at 12:00pm - please meet outside the Administration. Please confirm attendance by 24th August. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
